Week one.

It was a hard week. Not because I was starving or missing anything (other than energy drinks, which are a whopping eight points per can!), but because my vegan ass ate a lot of stuff that was low in points. I ended nearly every day with a full belly and a surplus of points in the teens. Normally, one could just blow those on cookies or Peanut Butter Zig Zag, but I know myself very well. I can't have such things in my house because they trigger me like crazy.

Anyhoo, I lost ten pounds. Smiley face. Treated myself to a peppermint chocolate Luna bar. Which is only five points. I need to start eating avocados or something.
