Enough!

I have finally emerged from my depression cocoon and have decided to make a couple changes. First, I'm jumping back into the weight loss pool. Second, I plan to blog about it.

Those of you who knew me back in 2001, when I lost all that weight, , should probably recall the things I did with the bland, astronaut/school lunch food that was supplied by Nutri/System. Now the program has completely changed, but unless I decide to give up veganism (not happening), I don't plan on going back. I had some success on Weight Watchers for a while, so I'm doing that again. This time, no meetings (that shit's expensive), just online. I have a gaggle of broads to email with all day long about annoying things like, how many points in the handful of chocolate chips I just poured into my mouth, and what color our pee is.

The thing about the "new" WW program is the revamped point system. Now, fruits and veggies, for the most part, are zero points. I know that some things need to be counted, like dried fruit, smoothies, and bananas...after all, this ain't my first rodeo. But when I realized that my daily point value (which you're supposed to eat all of) is something pretty hard to achieve for a vegan, which begs the question, how the fuck did I get so fat?

Anyway, I hope you all are excited for updates about pounds and inches, and pictures of rabbit food. Or, um...rabbit food that's much more rabbit-y.

"...and what color our pee is." !! Made me laugh.

Good luck!! Have you tried the 21-day vegan kickstart plan? It's practically fat free and sugar free....I did it in January and, though I never weighed myself, I bet I lost a few pounds. Of course, any good has already been undone because I'm back on oil and sugar, but....

I looked into that, but I can't do exclusion diets. Trigger city.
